The CPU Candidate of Planeptune and sister to Neptune. Despite being 'born' later than Neptune, both her appearance and attitude are more mature (leading to some confusion at times). While she admires her sister and tends to spoil her, she also tries to be strict with her at times (especially when Neptune slacking off, unless she joins her in doing so).
