A regular part of its ad campaign is the 30-minute guarantee that started from 1973 to 1993, stating that customers would receive their delivered pizzas within 30 minutes or it was free but ended the practice in 1993 due to many car accidents and deaths caused by Dominos delivery drivers trying to reach their destination quickly.
