Rook is an UTAUloid male made as a spinoff of Yokune Ruko. But the relationship between Ruko and him is uncertain on purpose. He is a shapeshifter with a human form and a dog form. Rook has red eyes and black hair with a red streak, and ahoge. He wears a dog collar written as 69 (Roku-Kyu = Rook), a buckle written as 69, and platform shoes. He likes tea, and being late for time. His catch phrase is "Sorry for keeping you waiting!"
