The last Emperor of China, and final monarch of the Qing dynasty. Would later be declared Emperor of the Imperial Japanese puppet state of Manchukuo. Following the end of World War 2, he would remain imprisoned until 1959, when he had been released after "successful reeducation" and "Communist remodeling", with endorsement from the CCP. He was frequently targeted by the youth Red Guards during the Cultural Revolution, resulting in his health declining and dying in 1967.
